Alysia has held positions with the Federal Government in The Department of Treasury (IRS) and The Department of Defense (Academic and Military Projects Army/Navy), along with global corporations in her early work as an Agent, Accountant, and Analyst. She was a Revenue Agent.

Her combined 25 years of government service, corporate accounting, and individual business consulting define her as a leader. She has extensive experience with income tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnerships, non-profits, estates and trusts, foreign expats, start-ups, and community property.

She is a leader, demonstrating rich knowledge in finance and accounting concepts/principles. Speaking to her character for authenticity, she works with diverse groups of clients and companies. Her strategic goals are to align with business needs and targeted business solutions. Importantly, she champions and commands strong advocacy of knowledge sharing and team collaboration.

She also has extensive knowledge of the IRS as a former IRS Agent and understands the ins and outs of the IRS system.

Tax Expert, Strategist, Leader

My professional journey began in the Federal Government, working with the Department of Treasury (IRS) and the Department of Defense on both academic and military projects. Those years taught me how to navigate complex systems, think analytically, and build strong partnerships—all of which continue to shape the way I work today.
As a Revenue Agent with the IRS, I gained an insider’s understanding of how the system works, which now allows me to better support individuals, corporations, partnerships, nonprofits, estates, and even foreign expats with their tax and financial planning needs. I’ve also had the privilege of working with startups and advising clients on everything from compliance to strategic growth. As a practice I stress team work and collaboration.
