Michael D. Sullivan is the founder of Michael D. Sullivan , Former IRS Agent. He had a distinguished career with the Internal Revenue Service for 10 years. As a veteran IRS Revenue Officer / Agent, he served as an Offer in Compromise Tax Specialist and Large Dollar Case Specialist. He also collaborated with the U.S. Attorney’s office on undercover operations. Michael received several awards for his work and dedication as an IRS Agent.
During his tenure with the IRS, he was a Certified Tax Instructor who taught out of the Atlanta Regional IRS Training Offices. He also taught out of the local and district offices of the IRS. Mr. Sullivan trained many of the new IRS Agents.
Michael has been in private practice for the last 35 years in the field of Taxpayer Consultation for IRS Audit and Collection tax resolution issues. He often consults with corporations and individuals, which involves a wide range of tax issues.
Michael has worked many large complex cases for high net worth individuals and large corporations. Mr. Sullivan is a committed professional with dedicated involvement in the tax profession community as a frequent speaker on the South Florida circuit and also served as an officer and on the Board of the Greater South Florida Tax Council. Michael has been the program host and moderator for several Internal Revenue Service forums both in the public and professional sectors.

Michael graduated from St. Thomas University with a B.A. in Pre-Law. He also has attended Knox Theological Seminary.
Mr. Sullivan has obtained a Life Time Achievement Award for Little League Baseball and currently sits on the International Board for the Walk to Emmaus. Michael also is a proud member of the Life Work Leadership program.
Mr. Sullivan was the former District Leader of the United Methodist Church, SE District for the Florida Conference and served on the Board of Lay Ministry.

Tim worked in the clinical setting for many years working with families where abuse had taken place. At that time the medical insurance industry was going through significant changes and he left the clinical setting, entered into the financial industry in 1984 allowing him to use both his clinical skills, caring for people, and helping businesses and individuals save on taxes and manage their money.
Tim grew up in San Luis Obispo, California and at the age 18 left home to play and teach tennis (now coaches and plays pickleball ). After several years, he returned to college, completing his undergraduate work at BIOLA University in Southern California. He finished with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from the International College of Los Angeles.

Office Manager
Mirelle Wright is the Office Manager with Dahir Tax & Accounting Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, she was a Paralegal with Pew Law Center and program specialist advisor at Maricopa Community Colleges.
During her time working with the Mesa Community College Red Mountain Strategic Planning Committee. She assisted on developing the Strategic plan for the next 5 and 10 years. Her strengths are in coordinating and researching the environmental, technological, social, political/legal, and global factors, the demographics, and am currently coordinating getting the focus groups planned.
What’s personal to Mirelle is her passion to help domestic violence survivors and educate people on the impacts of PTSD. Her dog Sadie is her emotional support animal and a saving grace.

Samantha Morton is a Staff Accountant with Dahir Tax & Accounting Firm. Prior to joining the Firm she was a Director for a medium sized construction company. Additionally, she has been working with other small business in the Accounting and Human Resources areas. Her extensive knowledge of QuickBooks, billing, accounts receivable as well as writing Policy and Procedure and other manuals for companies is welcomed to our work processes. Her number one priority is to give clients the most detailed and accurate results in a timely manner. She assists companies and individuals by organizing the details so they can Focus on the Big Picture.
Samantha walks to the beat of her own drummer, she spends part of the year abroad while maintaining a work life balance enriching her family and herself with a bigger vision of what is happening in the world. The ability to work virtually while delivering quality results for her clients locally and internationally is her goal.

JULIE LYNCH
Former IRS Agent & ENROLLED AGENT
Julie Lynch recently retired after a 38-year renowned career as a Revenue Officer in the Collection Division of the Internal Revenue Service. During that time, she worked collection cases involving both individuals and businesses, and handled all aspects to resolve the cases; from securing OFfers-in-Compromise, installment agreements, reporting cases currently not collectible and requests for abatement.
She worked closely with all divisions within the IRS, including Examination Division and Taxpayer Advocate. She also met regularly with representatives of both the U. S. Attorney’s Office and the IRS Office of Chief Counsel. Julie taught several IRS classes, was an On-The-Job Instructor for new employees; and as a senior Revenue Officer, she acted as a mentor to lower graded employers.
She was often called upon for her expertise to assist with other departments within the Collection Division, as well as assisting employees within her group.
During her tenure, she received yearly Performance Awards, as well as a Regional Commissioner’s Award and a Certificate of Appreciation from the Secretary of the Treasury.
At the time of her retirement, she received the Albert Gallatin Excellent Service Award from the Secretary of the Treasury.
Farren Holmes

Before joining the practice Farren was pursuing her degree in accounting with ITT Tech and Folsom Lake College. Her business experience is accounting services including general ledger, financials, document preparation and general tax.
Farren strives to make a difference in the world of the clients to provide an overall understanding of financial wealth. She demonstrates this on a basic level through education and financial literacy working together with her local school district.
Based out of Northern California, Farren serves clients remotely as well as in person. Farren has a passion for numbers and enjoys solving puzzles and learning. Helping family and friends with their books and taxes revealed a passion for this field, creating a business around this love for numbers.
